Cookies not Enabled

  • Select the Tools menu option within Internet Explorer. You should see this at the top of your screen.
  • Select Internet Options.
  • Click the Privacy tab.
  • Move the Settings slider to a setting LESS THAN Block All Cookies. The default Internet Explorer setting is Medium.
  • Click OK.
  • Click here to retry the process.
     
• Netscape 6.x
  • Select the Edit menu option within Netscape. You should see this at the top of your screen.
  • Select Preferences.
  • Double-click the Privacy & Security category.
  • Click Cookies.
  • Make sure Disable Cookies is UN-checked.
  • Click OK.
  • Click here to retry the process.
     
• Netscape 4.x
  • Select the Edit menu option within Netscape. You should see this at the top of your screen.
  • Select Preferences.
  • Select Advanced.
  • Make sure Disable Cookies is UN-checked.
  • Click OK.

• AOL
  • Select the Settings menu tab. You should see this at the top of your screen.
  • Select Preferences.
  • Select the link for Internet Properties (WWW). This will open AOL Internet Properties.
  • Select the Privacy Tab.
  • Move the Settings slider to a setting LESS THAN Block All Cookies. The default Internet Explorer setting is Medium.
  • Click OK.
